Andy Wislocki – Founder & CEO
Andy started ABC in 1972 with just one lorry. He grew the company steadily over the past fifty years, gradually handing over the reins to the expert team now running it. He still keeps a watchful eye on things but tries not to interfere too much! Andy is also a trustee and administrator for a music education charity which he co-founded with his wife Pat. In his leisure time he enjoys going to concerts, swimming in the sea in Devon, kayaking along the Thames, touring in his motorhome and spending time with his family.
Aaron Privett – Operations Director
Aaron has been with ABC since 1990 and during this time has learnt about all areas of the business. He now looks after the business operations. Aaron is a keen runner, but his major passion is scuba diving.
Paul McGarry – Technical Director
Paul joined ABC in 1989. He runs the workshop, maintaining the vehicles. Paul enjoys making furniture and spending his time on the golf course.
Eddie Hylton – Sales Director
Eddie started working for ABC in 1997. Eddie is a lifelong Chelsea supporter. In his downtime, you will find Eddie enjoying long walks with his dog.
Michael O’Leary – Sales Director
Mike has been in the Aggregates and Waste industry for 20 years having started out in sales. In his spare time Mike likes to spend time with his family, enjoys coaching at his local Cricket club and is a Rugby enthusiast.
Carl Downes – Transport Manager
Carl has recently joined the team at ABC. He is new to the construction industry but has a vast experience in dealing with large fleets of vehicles connected to Heathrow Airport. Carl’s favourite hobby is jet skiing.
Mick Peachey – Transport Manager
Mick has recently joined the ABC transport department team. He has been in the Aggregate & Waste industry for 23 years. Mick is another passionate Chelsea supporter.
Katie Williams – Accounts Manager
Katie has been an employee at ABC since 2013. Within her role, Katie also takes on HR responsibilities. In her spare time, Katie enjoys Motocross racing and making wax melts.
